• Experience to fabricate equipment like Ammonia Convertors, Urea reactors, PP Reactors, RG Boiler, WH Boiler, Synloop Boiler & Steam drum, Cold Collectors & Steam Generators & Defence Equipments.
• Experience on various materials in fabrication & welding namely Carbon-Steels, Low Alloys Steels, Quenched & Tempered Steel, Low Alloy Steel with Nickel, Stainless Steel, Duplex, Super Duplex, Non-Ferrous Metals & Alloys, Cupro-Nickel, Titanium, Aluminium, Clad Steels, Cladding (Weld) of SS, Incoloy-825 etc. & High Tensile defense material
• Overlay of Nozzles, shells by processes incl. FCAW, ESSC and on any base material with any consumable
• Experience of various welding processes like SMAW, GTAW, SAW (including Narrow Groove) Plasma Arc, MIG-MAG, Submerged a Strip/ Electro-slag cladding, FCAW overlay, Inner bore welding, Automatic tube to tube welding, Tri-junction welding.
• Good Knowledge of all applicable fabrication codes incl. ASME, TEMA, DIN etc.
