- Contractors are required to upload their inspection reports immediately or as soon as possible after completion of the job.
- Contractors are referred to as Inspectors and are required to use an identification badge that identifies them as independently contracted representatives unless directed otherwise.
- Contractors are strictly prohibited from carrying weapons or any objectionable material or substance on their person or in their vehicles and from being under the influence of alcohol, recreational drugs, or heavy medication while on assignment. They may be subjected to drug tests and could be refused entry to the inspection site.
- Time is of the essence in all assignments. Contractors must make a diligent effort to process all assignments quickly and before deadlines. They must be accessible via the platform's communication tools during specified hours, especially when they have active assignments.
- Contractors consent to having their name and contact information provided to clients upon request.
- Contractors consent to having their phone calls to and from the platform recorded for business purposes.
- Contractors may enter private or business property only upon request by the platform and with the consent of the property owner or tenant.
10. User Conduct
You must not misuse our portal by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our portal, the server on which our portal is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our portal. You must not attack our portal via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack. By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Information Technology Act, 2000. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them.
